Welcome to CMET 2023 (Chetana Media Entrance Test)

CMET is conducted to select students for five different degree programs namely BA Mass Communication & Journalism, BA Film & Television, BA Visual Communication, BA Graphics Design & Animation, BA Multimedia. The candidate with the highest score will receive a scholarship.

Eligibility : All students who have cleared Plus Two are eligible to appear CMET.

Details of the CMET

• The examination consists of 48 multiple-choice questions and 1 descriptive question.
• Each multiple-choice question carries 4 marks and Descriptive Question carries 8 marks.
• Maximum time duration for the entrance test is 02:15 Hrs.
• Total marks for CMET is 200.
• Negative 1 mark is applicable for each wrong answer or invalid attempt.
• Those who have chosen more options have to appear entrance test for each subject separately (same day).

Application Process

To apply for the CMET, please follow the steps outlined below:

2. Navigate to the Admissions section and locate the application portal.
3. Complete the online application form with accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Submit the application form on or before the deadline, which is 22/6/2023 till 5:00 PM.

Admit Card

Once your application is successfully submitted, click on the download button to download your admit card. Please ensure to carry a printed copy of your admit card along with a valid photo and photo ID to the examination venue.
